Shipping Policy:

 

Products will be shipped in accordance with the shipping method you select when placing the order. Any delivery dates provided by the company are estimates. Company will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may receive your order within 3 working days from then.  Currently we ship to Banglore only.

Company reserves the right to charge an additional Rs.200/- shipping fee if you request that any Products be re-shipped, whether because you originally submitted an incorrect address when you placed your order with the Company.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

In case a subscription member wishes to cancel subscription, you may write to us at gomightyminds@gmail.com mentioning the reason for cancellation. Mighty Minds will refund the subscription amount after deducting the cost of boxes already dispatched and Administrative charge of Rs. 100/pm for the balance subscription months. Refund shall be executed within 20 working days of cancellation request. You will be contacted via email, with confirmation of your cancellation.

Oh yes sure. You can cancel a subscription.

How long will the refund take?

In case we've not shipped the order, we will process the refund on the same business day and refund should get credited in your account within 7 business days. On the cancellation of subscription, the refund amount will be credited to your account within 10 business days.

How can I exchange/return the product bought?

Product once shipped cannot be exchanged / returned.

Can I return the product if I am not fully satisfied with?

You can choose to cancel future order / subscriptions but once the box is shipped it cannot be returned.

 

Return Policy:

Once your return is received and inspected by the committe  (usually within 72 hours of receipt),your refund will be processed and a credit accordingly and will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
